Edgewater Cove is a neighborhood comprising 95 homes. Although officially in Roswell, Georgia, Edgewater Cove is nestled in the northeast-most portion of Cobb County, providing residents with some of the lowest property tax rates in the Atlanta area.

The neighborhood features great amenities such as a large clubhouse, lighted tennis courts with new bench seating for waiting players, and a large pool and deck area with which to enjoy the long, warm weather season of Atlanta.

Edgewater Cove residents enjoy easy access to the major interstates and area shopping malls. In addition, the children of Edgewater Cove have access to some of the best public schools in the state of Georgia - Tritt Elementary School, Hightower Middle School, and Pope High School.
